Mathematics Knowledge practice test
The rules and procedures of high-school mathematics.
Mathematics Knowledge tests the rules and procedures of high-school mathematics: algebra, geometry, number properties, and the basics of probability and statistics. Unlike Arithmetic Reasoning, the questions are usually stated directly rather than as word problems — solve for x, simplify the expression, find the area. The bank here covers the concepts most often tested, each question original and written for this site, with a one-line explanation of the correct answer. This is one of the four subtests that feed the AFQT.
